System Implementation

Successful implementation of information systems requires in-depth analysis of current workflow, careful planning of each phase of the project and timely execution of every task. Working closely with your Project Team we provide the following services:

    Our staff leads you through an in-depth analysis of current systems and workflow, then provides expert guidance through the workflow re-design process. 
  • Change Management
    HIA staff will lead your organization through the change process by working with your staff to identify barriers and fears, and then create action plans to overcome these.
  • Integration Testing
    We will assist with the design and setup of your test lab, then develop a schedule and coordinate the testing efforts through each round of testing. We'll help you develop a plan that will test every system and test scripts that will exercise every feature and function.
  • Training and eLearning
    A well-trained staff is key to the acceptance of the system and the successful transition from old to new. We'll develop your eLearning plan and training materials tailored to your needs, plus provide training for trainers and even conduct staff training.
  • Activation Planning
    We'll help you develop a detailed Activation Plan that covers every facility, every system and every user. We'll help you execute the plan and be there to support all the "go-live" activities.
  • Post-Implementation Review
    The post-implementation review, conducted 45-60 days after Activation, will help identify any additional training that may be needed to ensure data quality. We'll also evaluate system performance and make recommendations for fine-tuning the system so that you can achieve a high level of data integrity and make optimum use of your new system.
  • Clinical Decision Support
